Vendor Coordinator: Siegan (Gan) Keys

Food Vendors (1) outside in front of Civic Center Plaza (park) will set-up on southwest side of plaza which is corner of Grove and Polk Street [see diagram]. Your begin set-up time is 7 a.m. and should be complete before or no later than 8:30 a.m. Upon arrival or at least by 7:30 a.m., please check-in with Vendor Coordinator and/or his Assistants to obtain vendor badges.
All other Vendors for Bill Graham Civic Auditorium's Lobby 1 or Polk Hall or Larkin Hall, or 2 Sponsor Set-ups inside Auditorium on both the left and right sides of the middle main entrance doors...
May set-up early as Sunday January 18th between 3pm and 4:30 pm and will need to check-in with Siegan (Gan) Keys or whom he designates as support, for assignment space
If setting up on Monday January 19th, you may check-in with Gan for your assignment space at 7:00 a.m. and you must be set-up by 8:30 a.m.,
You may unload in front of the auditorium at 99 Grove Street BUT immediately go to park your vehicle after unloading in a legal parking space. PLEASE do not leave your vehicle parked in front of the auditorium... you may only use for brief time to unload;
After you have checked in with Vendor Coordinator/Assistants to be given your space assignment, you will be provided with your Vendor badge credentials to be worn around your neck. You are not to alter your assigned spaces set-up other than instructions given to you by Coordinator which would be within your 10 x 10 [actual 12x10] space. Please adhere to instructions and directions of the Coordinator and his assistants.
If you still owe money and/or if you have not provided the required fully executed documents [application and vendor info agreement as instructed pre-event], you will NOT be allowed to set-up and/or NO refunds. If you owe money and/or have outstanding balance, you must pay in full in CASH... no checks/credit cards AND NO exceptions!
You are scheduled to break down at 4:45 p.m. or no later than 5:00 p.m.
If there are any requests, questions, problems... please direct to the Vendor Coordiator Siegan (Gan) Keys and not to me. If a matter requires my attention, he will know how to reach me if deemed necessary.
We look forward to providing you excellent support service on behalf of the MLK staff/volunteers. This shall be a history setting experience for the MLK 2009 celebration "The Realization of Hope" and I wish each of you a excellent and profitable experience.
Note to African American Prostate Health Initiative Medical Van/Bus: this vehicle is recommended to set-up/stage on Larkin Street, corner of Grove, next to Auditorium by 7 a.m. and no later than 7:30 a.m. on January 19th.

Unassigned / Vendors who still wish to register for possible available spaces for rent the day of the event, January 19th, 2009 that include and not limited to... CASH payments only will be accepted. The appropriate vendor application [General vendor or Health Services vendor [NO food vendors], must be completed online and forwarded to mlk2jkg@yahoo.com ... BUT required to print out the completed application AND the Vendor Information Agreement that should be signed and dated to give to the Vendor Coordinator for review and consideration to rent possible available booth space(s), and this will be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
